So I stopped waiting for permission and built the bridge myself. Every single time. This company is the last bridge — and the biggest one.
This company is named after Kamyia Fletcher — my niece. A dedicated teacher who gave everything to her students. At 29, she passed away, having sacrificed so much of herself to a system that demanded more than it should have ever asked.
mYa Solutions exists because teachers like Kamyia deserve better. The technology should work for them — not the other way around.
1995 — 2024The AI is named for Jean Williams — my grandmother. A woman who navigated systems that weren't built for her with grace, precision, and an unshakeable sense of who she was.
Jean the AI carries that same character — not a generic voice, not a tool that forgets you. A partner that learns who you are and works to extend what you can do.
Partner Intelligence.
For 20 years, Ayinde Rudolph served as a school administrator — nearly a decade of that as a superintendent, the person responsible when a system fails a child. He watched teachers burn out under administrative weight, watched students fall through gaps that technology promised to close but never did, and watched AI arrive and make the same mistake everyone else had: building for the data center instead of the classroom.
He returned to software development — after a 30-year gap — to build the thing he kept waiting for someone else to build. A local-first, privacy-preserving AI that runs entirely on the user's device. No cloud dependency. No data leaving the room. No vendor with a backdoor to your students' lives.
What started as a solution for education became something larger: a platform architecture that works across every regulated domain — medicine, defense, robotics, navigation — because the underlying problem is the same everywhere. The intelligence is in the wrong place. mYa Solutions puts it back where it belongs.
Ten percent of profits past ten million dollars a year go permanently to the places the current AI economy has left behind — rural schools, libraries, energy access where the grid doesn't reach.
It's held by a founder's golden share, structured to outlast any change in ownership. The mission isn't a marketing line. It's the architecture.
We're a lean startup — right now it's heads-down building, not heads-up hiring. But we know the people we'll want to work with don't always appear at convenient times. If you believe in what we're building and want to be part of it when the moment is right, we'd rather hear from you now than miss you later.
